WARNING!!! RCR IMPOSTER SENDING VIRUSES VIA EMAIL!

Today, (8/21/02) some complete and total moron sent out a bunch of letters using "[email protected]" as their email address.
YOU WILL NEVER GET A LETTER FROM US WITH A RETURN ADDRESS OF [email protected]! We do not use our mail server this way!

The attachment contains a virus. Go to the following web address to read about it:

We know exactly who this IDIOT is and the approriate law enforcement agencies have been contacted. This IDIOT is using names of people associated with the Runaways to get you to open the letter, so if you get anything that looks suspicious, delete it and don't download anything!

Make sure you have a firewall and a good anti-virus program that has email scanning in it. Norton scans email as it comes to Outlook Express. Hotmail uses McAfee.

The firewall will block access to your computer from ANY source you don't allow. If you cannot afford one, Zone Alarm is free and can be found at:

http://www.zonelabs.com

You can do a security check at www.symantec.com to be sure that your ports are not open to hackers.
